People seek mental health services to assist with issues they would have a hard time dealing with on their own. Many people seeking help are unclear about what is actually troubling them. Therapy provides a safe place to express feelings, clarify thinking, problem-solve difficult life decisions and move toward one’s goals.

Our compassionate and highly-trained staff at Crisis & Counseling Centers (C&C) have expertise in a range of therapeutic areas, including trauma, child therapy, addiction, grief and loss, co-occurring disorders, and depression and anxiety disorders.

We are required to bill for our services. MaineCare and private insurance will pay for many of our services. Low or no-cost treatment may be available to qualified individuals.
