Therapy can help them heal by changing the thoughts and beliefs that keep them stuck in their current situation. That may mean addressing past experiences as well as learning new ways to cope with their emotions.” Julie uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and existential therapy to help clients change and live a happier life. In her free time, Julie enjoys making no-bake cookies and rescuing dying rose bushes from retail store parking lots.
